気の置けない仲間たちとパーティを楽しみましょうという話。
ホームパーティをする人が増えているといいます。仲のいい友人たちを招いて、音楽をかけて、美味しい料理をつまみ、お酒を楽しむ。それはそれは、かけがえのない時間。
今号の「yoff」では、料理家の松井まり子がホームパーティを開催。テーマを決め、友だちを招待して、腕によりをかけた料理を振る舞う。さて、どんなメニューが並びますか。
また、パーティ料理の食材には、オーガニック野菜のオンラインストア「坂ノ途中」のものを使用。珍しい野菜なども届き、発見ある美味しさとも出会えました。
さらに「旅する餃子」シリーズも絶好調で、今回の旅先はトルコ。さて、どんな餃子がでてくるのか。

Also, the Traveling Dumplings series is in full swing, and this time the travel destination is Turkey.
